MPWR All Floorwork Heels Workshop ⋅ September 28 2026

An Intro Intermediate–Intermediate workshop for dancers who already have a solid foundation in heels and floorwork. This is not a beginner-level workshop. Dancers should be comfortable with floorwork technique, transitions, and picking up choreography at a faster pace. There will be some movements that require an acrobatic flair; forwards and backwards rolls etc. 

You will learn a full floorwork-focused combo while refining new tricks, and technique. 

Knee pads required.
