Intermediate Heels Progressive Fall 2026 ⋅ Fridays

Fridays with Shay ⋅ 7:00pm - 9:00pm ⋅ September 11 - November 28, 2026

2 hours per week for 12 weeks with a show on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at Terry Fox Theatre in Port Coquitlam. Professional video footage included. 

This class is not beginner friendly and dance experience is required. Students must be given the green light to register for this class via a placement class or video submission to info@mpwrdance.com

This is a true intermediate class. Current and ongoing heels training is required. This is taught at a faster pace, along with a heavier choreo load. No chunky heels permitted.

• Payment Plans are divided into 3 payments. First due upon registration. Second due week 1 (September 11, 2026). Final payment due by October 16, 2026.
