Beginner Heels Progressive Fall 2026 ⋅ Thursdays

Thursdays with Shay ⋅ 7:15pm - 9:15pm ⋅ September 10 - November 28, 2026

2 hours per week for 12 weeks with a show on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at Terry Fox Theatre in Port Coquitlam. Professional video footage included. 

Gain confidence, skill, and community while getting a great workout & having fun! 

Although this is a Beginner level class and no previous dance experience is required, general body awareness should be present. 

***If you feel like you need to start from true ground zero, our Intro Beginner class would be the better fit!*** 

• Early bird pricing goes until 11:59pm on Sunday, July 5, 2026. Discount automatically applied at the checkout.
• Payment Plans are divided into 3 payments. First due upon registration. Second due week 1 (September 10, 2026). Final payment due by October 15, 2026.
